Noble Shield Safety Group delivers Construction Safety Program, CPR Training, Fall Protection Training, First Aid Training, Forklift Safety Training, OSHA 10 Training, OSHA 30 Training, Supervisor Safety Training. Site content is for informational purposes only and is not a guarantee of availability or pricing.
Use Requirements. Submissions must be accurate and lawful. You are responsible for activities under any account credentials assigned to you.
Acceptable Behavior. You agree not to misuse the Site, including unlawful activity, service disruption, unauthorized data collection, malware distribution, or impersonation.
Copyright. Site content is owned by or licensed to Noble Shield Safety Group and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute content without written permission.
Fees. Quoted prices appear in your written service agreement. Payment timing and refund policies are governed by that agreement.
Suspension. Site access may be suspended or terminated for any reason, including violation of these Terms, with or without prior notice.
Disclaimers. The Site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Noble Shield Safety Group makes no representations regarding accuracy, reliability, or availability of Site content.
Liability Cap. Where permitted by law, Noble Shield Safety Group's total liability for any claim related to the Site is capped at amounts paid by you in the prior twelve (12) months.
Indemnification. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Noble Shield Safety Group from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.
Governing Law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of AZ, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in AZ.
Revisions. Terms may be amended at our discretion. We post the current version here; your continued use means you agree to any amendments.
